Refund Guidelines
While we do not accept returns, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photograph. Upon verification, we will issue a refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the issue and we will either arrange a refund. Or you can choose to keep the item with our compliments and allow HEKATE-A to send you the original item/s that you ordered.
Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit and cannot be located by the courier, we will process a refund after confirming the loss with the shipping company.
