No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any items purchased from Hekate-a. All sales are final. We encourage you to review the product details and information carefully before making a purchase. Refund Guidelines

While we do not accept returns, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photograph. Upon verification, we will issue a refund.

2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the issue and we will either arrange a refund. Or you can choose to keep the item with our compliments and allow Hekate--a to send you the original item/s that you ordered.

3. Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit and cannot be located by the courier, we will process a refund after confirming the loss with the shipping company.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, please email our customer service team at Jennifer@hekate-a.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

• Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified period.
